Responsibility
- managing the whole employee lifecycle, from induction to exit
- leading day-to-day HR operations including activities such as recruitment, onboarding input to payroll, and employee benefits
- leading on employee relations and other personnel matters, supporting line managers and employees with professional advice

- developing and overseeing the ATI’s performance management approach
- leading the ATI’s cross-company training programme, including the coordination and planning of Team Days
- managing Health & Safety for the ATI
- monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes, updating when necessary
- reporting HR metrics to the Remuneration Committee on an annual basis
- reporting on key HR activities and metrics to the Executive Management Team on a monthly basis
Requirements
- solid operational HR experience, preferably in a small team or a in a stand-alone role
- CIPD level 5 qualified , or actively working towards level 5
- solid and up to date knowledge of employment legislation and its application
