- working with distinguished global partners, AERALIS is establishing a game-changing, cutting-edge digital approach to modern jet design
- initially offered on a fixed term contract basis, the expectation is that the role will transition to a permanent opportunity
- summary of Role
- you will lead all DM&S aspects of the aircraft development programme
- lead Flight Control System avionics systems engineering planning
- engage with both military and civilian certification authorities/regulators as required
- create systems engineering project plans, including resource, for the avionics elements of the Flight Control System
Requirements
- minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aerospace related discipline
- preferably holds Chartered Engineer status
- personal experience and core skills
- essential
- strong knowledge of aircraft regulatory requirements
- first-hand proven experience of complex digital physics model development and deployment
- experience of initial design and flight test phases of the lifecycle
- experience in safety critical avionics systems engineering
