  • able to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • able to communicate with staff, suppliers and clients
  • well spoken and have a good telephone manner

Responsibility

  • oversee all office purchases and supplier contracts
  • dealings with bank including checking for incoming payments, setting up supplier bank payments, and client tax refunds for Director approval
  • oversee general office operations including maintenance and upkeep
  • provide general HR function inc onboarding staff, recording holidays and sickness
  • manage “Admin” team ensuring office & reception coverage at all times
  • responsible for keeping staff policies ,procedures and contracts up to date
