Responsibility
- handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
- scheduling appointments and organising diary entries, notify MD of upcoming events / meetings and prepare any documents required
- setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
- making travel and hotel arrangements
- planning conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events on behalf of MD
- accommodate all guests and visitors on behalf of MD including refreshments, introductions, and staff awareness
- taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes, and subsequently distributing to all participants where necessary
- liaising with other members of staff and external parties on behalf of MD where appropriate

- EA / PA: 3 years
