Responsibility
- to observe and assess children across primary settings and write a report of findings with recommendations for further support
- to carry out consultations with school staff in house or virtually and offer verbal recommendations for individuals / cohorts of children
- to observe and assess children across primary settings for specific learning difficulties following the SASC guidance
- to use the ADys Specialist Ltd guidance for writing of specialist teacher reports
- to support staff in planning and teaching for neurodiversity
- to work within the ADys Specialist Ltd ethos in compliance within the contract for associate teachers
- to liaise with school staff and parents regarding progress of students and next steps
- to maintain effective communication with ADys Director
