Responsibility

  • the successful applicant will be self-motivated and will have the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without supervision
  • to work in and around buildings set out by the line manager
  • responsible for record keeping of tasks undertaken
  • directing questions about site matters to the block manager where appropriate to ensure continuity of service
  • regularly inspect your areas to ensure standards are kept in terms of cleanliness
  • adventurers Quay is a large community and residential development based in Cardiff Bay which has an exciting opportunity for someone to join their site team as a Caretaker
  • reporting any issues found maintenance-wise to the block manager to ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner
  • you will need to ensure the site is maintained to a high standard, looking after the internal and external communal areas of several buildings within a gated development
