- assisting with preparation of monthly and weekly finance packs with supporting commentary and variance analysis
- manage the purchase invoice system, including purchase ordering, invoice posting and payment processes

- daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reporting and reconciliation

- cash management including the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of cash flow forecasts
- posting of month-end and year-end journals
- manage Cost Control systems and Processes across the business and advise Management on actions required
- assisting FC in Budgeting and forecasting
- manage regular Forecasting process to provide visibility for the future
- assisting FC with a review spending against budgets, identifying overspend and advising on corrective actions
- analyse all commercial opportunities for the business to ensure profitability
- assisting with Weekly and monthly cash-flow reporting/forecasting
- maintenance and evolvement of financial/operational dashboards
- quarterly VAT submissions for both sites
- presentation of financial information at monthly senior manager meetings
- managing intercompany recharges
- prepare annual budgets
- assisting with preparation of any other ad hoc reports and presentations
- manage the accounts team to ensure continuity

- key Skill / Experience Requirements
- proven experience as a Financial Controller or other senior finance managerial position
Requirements
- accounting qualification with broad financial and management accounting experience
- strong IT and analytical skills
- effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
