- we opened the doors to our stunning new 106-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn, and a luxurious indoor/outdoor Wave Garden Spa
- we have also launched showstopper new adventures including an outdoor pump track and carver skate bowl
- we launched our world-first inland surf lagoon - Surf Snowdonia - in 2015, and quickly established ourselves as one of the most exciting adventure destinations in Europe
- in 2019, we unveiled our new Adventure Parc Snowdonia brand, as well as a trailblazing indoor adventure hub, Adrenaline Indoors
- we are now looking for a Chef de Partie to work on a short-term basis to support the team during the busy summer period
- take delivery of stock and put these away in storage areas
- ensure food safety processes are adhered to at all times
Requirements
- an energetic, confident, friendly and motivated personality
- experience in baking cakes
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
- food safety level 1 or 2 qualification
- highly focused on delivering an excellent customer experience
- ability to work using your own initiative, autonomously as well as part of a team
- A flexible approach to work with a positive attitude
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 7am-10pm. Weekends and school holidays are our busiest times, hours to reflect this
