- manage new enquiries while supporting your sales team
- progress enquiries to opportunities and manage until order received
- identify and develop new contractor/installer/local authority customers
- grow business with existing contractor/installer customers
- develop a working knowledge of product range and industry
- acquire a full knowledge of Competitors and their products
- to fully use and update company CRM system
- endeavour to help develop company best practice for better customer service
Requirements
- proficient in using Microsoft Products and general IT literacy
- motivated, Self-starter with desire to become expert in their field
- technical aptitude
- good communication skills – both verbal and written
- excellent phone manner
- ability to build trust and develop relationships
- work with other colleagues to achieve common goals
- flexibility within company structure
