Requirements

- previous experience in customer service would be advantageous
- understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems
- strong knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- technical support: 1 year
- technical support: 3 years
- practical understanding of routers, firewalls, switches, and patch panels
- knowledge of Microsoft SQL, HTML, and CSS would be advantageous
Responsibility
- effective implementation of scheduled system changes to ensure minimal downtime or disruption to organisational productivity
- work with the Business Systems and Data Manager and External IT Companies to implement requirements and changes
- assist in running and developing the organisation’s TeamHub Intranet
- timely resolution of IT Helpdesk tickets whilst providing submitters with regular progress updates and post-resolution checkups
- installation and configuration of new hardware and software as needed, either as part of projects or replacement initiatives
- maintenance of company software, for example, QLIK Sense, Sage 200, Spindle Document Management, Microsoft 365, Freeway EDI, and more
