Requirements

  • proven experience as a production manager, preferably with a background from the construction industry “Structural and Architectural Metalwork”
  • excellent internal communication skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • understanding of accounting and production management
  • solid technical background and Comfortable with numbers and technology
  • great attention to detail
  • well-organized and reliable
  • able to work with minimum supervision within the senior management team

Responsibility

  • 21. Perform risk management to minimize production risks
  • 10. Chase suppliers for delivery dates to ensure production is maintained
  • tracking all material PO’s raised and record all items sent to check against delivery dates, check that the quantities are correct and use this to update the schedules accordingly
