- we are currently seeking an experienced and flexible Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic Residential Sales & Lettings team
- conduct sales and lettings viewings, provide feedback, negotiate contracts, and perform property condition inspections
- sales & Lettings viewings, feedback, negotiating & property condition inspections along with general administration duties
- handle general administrative duties related to sales and lettings
- welcome every customer in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner, aiming to build rapport
- ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport
- ascertain applicants' needs by listening carefully to the details provided
- carefully listen to applicants' requirements and determine their needs
Requirements
- possess a full clean UK driving license
- have access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes
- good negotiation skills & good business awareness
- mileage allowance will be provided for work-related appointments
- proven track record in generating new business and excellent communication skills
