Responsibility

  • adolphus Care are a small Health & Social Care company who support adults with learning disabilities within their supported living accommodation
  • \*Sourcing and advertising on job boards
  • \*Shortlisting candidates and assisting with the interview process
  • \*Onboarding new candidates, ensuring pre-starting documents are completed and DBS, references and right to work documentation is correct
  • \* Attending monthly managers meeting to report on recruitment and onboarding
  • \*Using computer software to keep personnel files up to date and accurate as well as paper files
  • \*Running social media pages
  • we are looking for a recruitment administrator to join our small team at head office in Eastcote to fulfil the following duties
