develop Frontend Applications using NextJS, React and Sanity.io
develop Backend applications using NodeJS in a serverless architecture
champion Communities of practice and development standards across our development team
play an active role in agile ceremonies such as retrospectives, sprint planning and stand-ups
using your experience collaborate on creating new solutions for our growing tech stack
communicate with stakeholders across the business both technical and non-technical
coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team

Requirements

excellent communication skills
experience working in the Insurance sector or other highly regulated sectors
strong Organisation and Time management skills
development using JavaScript libraries and frameworks
ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a wider team
development of serverless applications
ability to design solutions and cater for non-functional requirements such as performance and security
development of REST and/or GraphQL API's
