  • develop Frontend Applications using NextJS, React and Sanity.io
  • develop Backend applications using NodeJS in a serverless architecture
  • champion Communities of practice and development standards across our development team
  • play an active role in agile ceremonies such as retrospectives, sprint planning and stand-ups
  • using your experience collaborate on creating new solutions for our growing tech stack
  • communicate with stakeholders across the business both technical and non-technical
  • coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills
  • experience working in the Insurance sector or other highly regulated sectors
  • strong Organisation and Time management skills
  • development using JavaScript libraries and frameworks
  • ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a wider team
  • development of serverless applications
  • ability to design solutions and cater for non-functional requirements such as performance and security
  • development of REST and/or GraphQL API's
