greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department / staff members
answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls to the relevant department / staff member. Taking and relaying telephone messages when necessary
providing information in-person and via phone and email to staff and customers
this busy receptionist role is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our busy head office in Knowsley. This role will include other administrative and secretarial duties as required
managing meeting rooms / training room diaries including setting up rooms and ordering catering / supplies for events
assisting with management of contractors, ensuring on-site inductions are completed and collating relevant documentation
assisting with facilities management including scheduling routine maintenance
ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
Requirements

computer literate
excellent organisational skills
multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
