- liaising with outside contractors to ensure safety of equipment
- decorating ,fire alarm weekly checks Working closely with the home manager and weekly meetings to ensure all outstanding jobs are complete
- to maintain the building to current legislation
- the successful applicant would have a caring and understanding nature towards our clients
- A DBS will be required - Full Time 30-35 hours
