Responsibility

  • advanced Manufacturing Project Engineer
  • understand Plant and Team KPIs
  • support the launch of new products and processes
  • manufacture feasibility analysis and PFMEA on new products
  • monitor assembly equipment through production start-up
  • adient is a global leader in automotive seating
  • process development and assembly sequencing for new programs
  • write process specifications and make recommendations regarding ergonomic improvements

Requirements

  • degree in Engineering
  • previous team leader or similar experience
  • minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role in a fast paced environment
  • experience with writing technical specifications
  • experience of working with Control Systems
  • experience of working in manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering capacity
  • OEM or Tier One automotive seating experience desirable
  • high volume automotive manufacturing engineer in work experience
