Responsibility
- we are seeking an Architectural Technician to join our team
- assist architects in drafting architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software
- with a focus on technical design, project coordination, and client interaction, this position requires a blend of skills and expertise
- the ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, strong organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- prepare presentation materials, such as renderings, diagrams, and visualizations, to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and feasibility of design proposals
- collaborate with project managers and other team members to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and documentation
- assist in site visits and surveys to gather information and assess existing conditions for renovation or new construction projects
Requirements
- proficiency in REVIT and CAD software and other relevant design tools
- bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
- knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing
- proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- familiarity with building codes and regulations
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting architectural drawings and documents
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
