Responsibility
- re-thinking the use of a building, including managing a potential renovation and managing tasks related to interior design
- in the medium-term, creating a management plan or hiring plan to ensure these outcomes are met
- managing our relationship with the cleaning company and the architects
- managing the relationship with the ground floor commercial tenants
- identifying any issues in the building and managing their resolution. This includes negotiating with and hiring contractors to sort any necessary repairs, and ensuring that work is done within budget and to a high standard
- being the main point of contact for all visitors to the building including deliveries, contractors, and visiting colleagues, providing them with access to the building when necessary
- monitoring and creating a plan for the stock of communal office supplies and ordering replacements when supply levels drop. In the medium-term, creating a management plan or hiring plan to ensure these outcomes are met
