Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- experience in dementia care and hospice care is highly desirable
- strong skills in behaviour management to assist clients effectively
- ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when assisting clients
- previous experience in childcare or assisted living settings is advantageous
- knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial for ensuring client safety
- A background as a nurse or experience in senior care will be considered an asset
- excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life
