Responsibility
- primary responsibility to assist in projects for the partnership team
- manage deal log and related documentation
- conduct market research
- develop and maintain proprietary deal and market intelligence
- perform deal monitoring analysis
- prepare meeting notes
- perform other ad hoc projects
- managing client support activities in a timely manner, including but not limited to, coordinating due diligence information gathering for new and existing clients, curating presentation materials, preparing RFPs and other client questionnaires, and responding to other ad hoc client requests as they arise
Requirements
- we seek an individual who is self-disciplined, demonstrates creative thinking and has the following characteristics
- graduated from a top-tier undergraduate university with a background in Business, Finance or Accounting
- interest in starting a career in the private equity and venture capital industry
- willingness to be based in London
- A professional presence combined with relationship and communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external parties
- A highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team context
