within a responsibility of a duty of care, comply with all policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person
provide monthly sickness data for each school/central team
undertake Trust-wide Strategic HR Projects
participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required
support the implementation of all HR policies, ensuring that all HR related matters are dealt with within the relevant timescales
provide reports to stakeholders in relation to HR matters
undertake the development of new and complex Trust HR policy and procedures
under the direction of the HR Manager, to undertake and deliver a professional HR service for the Trust, advising on the application and implementation of all HR related policies, procedures and practices
coach and mentor Trust employees to ensure operational compliance with HR policies, procedures, and practices
