Responsibility

  • HR Manager
  • undertake HR related project work
  • undertake complex HR related project work
  • within a responsibility of a duty of care, comply with all policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person
  • provide monthly sickness data for each school/central team
  • undertake Trust-wide Strategic HR Projects
  • participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required
  • support the implementation of all HR policies, ensuring that all HR related matters are dealt with within the relevant timescales
