- putting together financial information, sending invoices and chasing payments where appropriate / as requested
- coordinating team meetings, monthly adviser training sessions and relationships with external stake holders
- you will work on a variety of tasks assisting with the running of a mortgage brokerage that specialising in helping self-employed people to buy, refinance or invest in property
- relationship management with directors, clients, advisers, team etc
- maintain an in-depth understanding of the business in order to establish priorities and manage team expectations

- manging "leads" and prospects submitted via website with the goal of booking an appointment in an advisers diary
- collating information and "client files" for checking by an external compliance auditor
- handling all enquiries realting to telecoms, IT, HR, pension/payroll, and other technology used within the industry

- planning, organising and arranging events, for the businesses
- be a confidante and handle sensitive information confidentially
- as a brokerage we have 2 clients: Our 14 existing self-employed advisers based throughout the UK and our self-employed clients wanting to get a mortgage
Requirements
- proven work experience as a personal assistant and in customer service
- mortgage administration and/or operations experience
- systems experience/tech-savvy
