collate, monitor and report project and company budgets as a whole
prepare and send invoices to customers using the QuickBooks system ensuring that payments are received and reconciled
carry out monthly bank reconciliations ensuring that all income and expenditure is accounted for

liaise with our payroll partner to process monthly payroll including salary payments to employees and payments to HMRC
process staff and participant expenses as required
ensure all project spend is compliant with the rules laid down in the funders guidance and Active Plus finance processes
collate and submit accurate monthly project claims to the relevant Lead Partners/Funders
present a financial update to the Managing Director on a monthly basis
prepare reports to be taken to Senior Management and Directors meetings
undertake the day to day financial transactions for Active Plus, using the Quick Books system
carry out compliance checks on all financial paperwork and processes
undertake other duties as required
liaise with our accountancy firm to prepare annual accounts with quarterly reporting points through the year
