Responsibility

  • collate, monitor and report project and company budgets as a whole
  • prepare and send invoices to customers using the QuickBooks system ensuring that payments are received and reconciled
  • carry out monthly bank reconciliations ensuring that all income and expenditure is accounted for
  • liaise with our payroll partner to process monthly payroll including salary payments to employees and payments to HMRC
  • process staff and participant expenses as required
  • ensure all project spend is compliant with the rules laid down in the funders guidance and Active Plus finance processes
  • collate and submit accurate monthly project claims to the relevant Lead Partners/Funders
  • present a financial update to the Managing Director on a monthly basis
