- manage and maintain the financial transactions of Actionplas Limited including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow reporting, and payroll
- actionPlas is in an exciting phase of growth and expansion as we continue to diversify our offering
- prepare and review the financial statements for accuracy
- prepare the budget for the following tax year
- manage payroll
- review and approve supplier invoices, prepare payments, and reconcile accounts payable to general ledger accounts as needed
- review contracts with suppliers to ensure proper billing and payment is completed as needed
- ensure all financial transactions are recorded on a daily basis in the accounting system according to established procedures and guidelines
