Responsibility
- financial Accounting to include posting & checking invoices, sales & purchase ledger, cash book and stock reconciliation & journal
- work alongside the General Manager to ensure the completion of all Cashflow Management
- complete Banking duties which involve payment processing, posting cash received and other payments and Company credit card management
- banking to include payment processing, posting cash received and other payments and Company Credit card management
- carry out daily processes for Financial Accounting tasks - invoices, checking invoices, sales ledger, purchase ledger, cash book, stock reconciliation and journal
- completing Trial Balance Reconciliations and Working Paper Management to include journals, expenses, intercompany recharges and management fees, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliation and salaries
- trial Balance Reconciliation and working paper management including journals , expenses and intercompany recharges and management fees, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliation and salaries
- ensure Management Accounting reporting responsibilities are completed accurately and in a timely manner including the preparation of monthly Management Accounts and various reports of financial activity
Requirements
- part or fully qualified AAT or equivalent desirable
- CIMA qualification
- experience of working with Exchequer
- experience of using Lloyds corporate banking portal
- experience in balance sheet reconciliations
- part or fully qualified AAT or equivalent desirable / qualified by experience
- experience of working within an ERP/CRM and finance system. Exchequer desirable
- knowledge of working within an ERP system
