Responsibility
- drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is recognised and underperformance is managed
- GBA Group provide leading class end-to-end finished vehicle logistics solutions to Motor Manufacturers, Daily Rental Operators, Leasing Companies and Large Fleet organisations inclusive of port of entry stevedoring and terminal management, new and used vehicle preparation, transportation and technology services

- ensure operational performance meets day to day delivery of Company and customer KPI's and SLA’s
- set objectives for each department, and plan accordingly to ensure efficiency and product targets are met
- accurately produce and finalise reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks
- development and delivery of Company and business strategies to support objectives and projects
- lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive technical staff, ensuring the operation is adequately resourced and skilled to meet Company and Customer objectives

- strong and well evidenced IT literacy with an ability to perform data manipulation, analysis and presentation
