ensure operational performance meets day to day delivery of Company and customer KPI's and SLA’s

Requirements

A professional and calm approach with strong stakeholder management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
strong and well evidenced IT literacy with an ability to perform data manipulation, analysis and presentation
strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential barriers
