- strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in FMCG industry

- ensuring compliance with regulations such as emergency lighting, PAT testing and fixed wiring
- recognised and relevant mechanical qualification, ideally an apprenticeship trained engineer
- mechanical experience of maintaining plant equipment
- experience of working at height and using MEWP's
- an ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work to meet deadlines

- experience of the repair and maintenance of production machinery, injection moulding machines and extrusion machines and ancillary equipment
