Requirements

  • candidates with varied and extensive experience working through all stages of the design and build lifecycle
  • experienced in residential projects and the types of clients adjoining these projects
  • bachelor’s degree or above in architectural design technologists will be considered
  • at least 6 years of architectural work experience in residential projects, from master planning, concept design, detail design to construction
  • worked in a reputable architectural studio/company with teamwork mindset and strong design skills
  • familiar with AutoCAD, office series software, InDesign, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe CS
  • proficient in revit to complete technical building regulation compliant drawings as a minimum
  • post qualification: 6 years

Responsibility

  • organising and managing project teams, timelines and schedules
  • coordinating with the client, operator and consultants to ensure documents are aligned with design intent
  • providing design and technical advice and assistance to project team from concept presentation through all design and construction stages
  • assisting the principal/director in BD efforts, including proposals, contracts and BD coordination
  • improving team-level HR processes and resources to help maintain good working culture and staff wellness
