Responsibility

  • design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • collaborate with clients and project teams to gather requirements and understand project goals
  • create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts
  • implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimised for various devices
  • utilize AJAX, Telerik, Angular, and other relevant technologies to enhance website functionality
  • incorporate information architecture principles to ensure intuitive navigation and organisation of content
  • collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize website performance and user experience
  • ensure websites are compliant with web accessibility standards

Requirements

  • proven experience as a web designer or similar role
  • proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
  • experience with design tools such as Adobe Acrobat, InVision, Visio, etc
  • strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices
  • knowledge of information architecture and its application in website design
  • familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies
  • experience working with SCSS or other CSS preprocessors is a plus
  • ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
