- you will be responsible for fiscal management that aligns with the company's short and long-term operations goals, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- reporting to the General Manager for EMEA, to work together to cultivate an environment of growth, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of high performance. Lead, motivate, and inspire teams, driving success at every level
Requirements
- proven experience in a similar senior leadership role, preferably within our industry
- demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business growth
- qualification in finance, business or similar
- excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- project Design or Design Engineer: 2 years
- 5 years minimum experience in a similar role or experience in being responsible for Financial Reporting & Management Information Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
