to ensure administrative and clerical duties within the practice are carried out within the practices guidelines and policies
to ensure the day-to-day activities of reception team are carried out to deliver a courteous, sympathetic and professional service
you are required to oversee the reception team and related working area to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the surgery to achieve the practice aim of delivering the best possible service to patients, partners and all colleagues
it is important to undertake your duties described below in a professional, confidential and efficient manner and ensuring your team maintain the same standards
responsible for the day to day supervision of all reception staff and associated functions including the clinical system, footfall to ensure all functions are carried out in accordance with agreed procedures, protocols and time-scales, reporting to the Reception Manager as necessary
to act as a focal point of communication between the GPs, Practice Manager, Reception Manager and other members of the primary health care team
