Responsibility

  • looking after our social media which includes Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • helping manage and create ad content, campaign management & complete data analysis
  • working with Senior Management to improve our user experience throughout our eCommerce and subscription platforms
  • scheduling – working with our Senior Management team to upload and schedule all social media content across all our platforms
  • influencer sourcing and management – finding relevant influencers for us to work with and coordinating influencer send outs
  • customer services / experience – Being the first port of call for all enquiries
  • keep up to date with current digital trends
  • contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • 3 A Levels or equivalent is desirable
  • excellent written skills, ideally with an aptitude for creative copy writing
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to juggle multiple tasks and great organisational skills
  • great interpersonal skills
  • team Player – we’re a small team and need someone who is willing to get stuck in
  • experience with social media is essential
  • customer services experience would be desirable
