Requirements

• MBIFM or equivalent preferred
• working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• experience with facilities management

• ensure full compliance of site statutory inspections such as, F Gas, Pressure Vessels, Fire Suppression, etc
• able to plan both long and short-term projects whilst managing own time, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• trade certification in Electrical or Mechanical preferred
• experience of WCM principles
• can demonstrate projects delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards
• strong Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Regulations
• strong Knowledge of relevant Environmental Standards
• excellent communication skills
• strong understanding of Permit to work process, including best practises
• able to manage and source effective suppliers to support where required
• facilities management: 2 years
• manufacturing OR Production: 2 years
• CDM experience is preferred
