Responsibility
- cleaning Supervsior - Idsall School, Shifnal
- you will work with the site teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- present and conduct yourself in a professional, courteous and appropriate manner in accordance with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines and values
- this role will require a fully enhanced DBS to be completed upon successful application
- as a Cleaning Supervisor, you will interact and support the Area Manager to supervise a team of cleaning staff across your designated site, building effective relationships and ensuring that employees are working productively and safely
- issuing cleaning supplies, supervising and controlling usage and carrying out routine stock check
- ensure all cleaning areas are suitably covered in the event of staff absences
- supervising cleaning team on a day to day basis and ensuring that cleaning duties are carried out throughout the school in an effective and efficient way to meet required standards
