  • A minimum of AAT level 2 in Bookkeeping
  • excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • excellent communication both in wring and orally
  • xero experience preferred but not essential

Responsibility

  • processing sales ledgers
  • reconciling accounts using Xero
  • processing supplier invoices
  • chasing outstanding invoices with hotels & suppliers
  • reconciling payments
  • communicating with hotels and suppliers via email & telephone
  • accruals and prepayments schedules
  • production of end of month accounts
