Responsibility
- delivery of the Functional Skills English, Maths and Essential Digital Skills up to L2
- delivery Functional Skills English, Maths and Essential Digital Skills up to Level 2
- delivery of the Functional Skills English, Maths and Essential Digital Skills up to Level 2
- effective interpretation of a range of initial assessment and diagnostic tools
- devising Learner Journeys/Action Plans taking into consideration various learning styles and individual learner needs
- embedding Functional Skills throughout delivery and documenting them in lesson plans/SOWs
- embedding Functional Skills throughout delivery and documenting it in lessons plans/SOWs
- achieving a minimum of Grade 2 in all internal and external inspections, monitoring visits and observations
Requirements
- this role will require the delivery of Functional Skills Maths and English content plus possibly delivery of GCSE
- have achieved a fully endorsed teaching qualification, PTTLS as a minimum, with relevant vocational qualification and/or experience

- A recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, PTLL’s, DTLL’s or equivalent
