  • calculating correct amounts of pay, deductions, overtime, bonuses and allowances
  • inputting data relating to weekly and monthly payments
  • adjusting SMP, SSP, pay rates, etc
  • processing year-end reports
  • processing deductions for workplace pension contributions, income tax, NI
  • running reports to comply with RTI and producing P45s and other notifications
  • delivering information, data and forms for clients
  • ensuring client compliance with the pension regulator

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • able to work independently and in a broader team environment
  • the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage several clients at any one time
  • payroll: 1 year
