Responsibility
- designing interiors for high-end, Luxury villas
- managing projects from concept through construction
- liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers
- being creative, logistical, and taking lead with projects as well as presentations
- develop concepts that provide an original approach and effective solution to the creative brief
- work collaboratively and effectively with other members of the design team to generate accurate, technical, and creative design solutions
- taking lead and managing the team across all stages of the project and report back throughout
- being involved in building strong relationships with their clients throughout the creative process
Requirements
- ability and experience running projects confidently
- proven track record producing technical packages, joinery, and detailed drawings
- experience working as a Technical Designer / Interior Architect across all project stages
- confident in interpreting design concepts
- experience liaising directly with architects, contractors, and suppliers
- client-facing experience would be beneficial
- on-site experience
- 4+ years’ experience in luxury F&B/ hospitality projects
