- occupational experience
- preferred experience within a regulated industry
- awareness of digital apprenticeship Standards
- significant compliance/audit experience
- competent in following processes, policies, and regulatory requirements
- presenting and reporting data
- identifying risks
- ability to write and communicate reports
Responsibility
- sample apprenticeship ACE360 records, data and documentation in line with the Compliance plan
- sample assessment activities in line with the compliance plan
- carry out audit and investigation work as required
- complete weekly risk report
- manage the conflict of interest, version control and risk registers
- carry out due diligence on new centres, also annual review of current centres
- manage the daily identification of operational risk within the business and escalation where appropriate
- ensure all compliance and policy documentation is completed fully and reviewed in accordance with the annual review plan
