Requirements
- final year undergraduate or postgraduate who is ready to start working full time
- undergraduate or postgraduate students from one of the top universities in the UK
- previous internship/working experience in sales or client management is preferred
- fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Responsibility
- serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- adjust content of sales presentations by understanding the client needs
- monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and marketing techniques
- recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to communicate with existing or potential clients
- keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily client reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses
- provide historical records by maintaining records on client sales and other relevant information
