Responsibility
- checking emails and responding accordingly, checking the support inbox, and delegating accordingly, answering the phone during busy periods
- assess customers and promoting the company’s products and services
- follow all our Security Procedures
- communicate with customers as to the status of their ticket and notify them of any changes, and updates
- assist other members of the team by sharing your knowledge and best practices
- attending bi-monthly team meetings to discuss areas for improvement, as well as areas that are doing well
- demonstrate ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures for daily / weekly recurring tasks
- sending quotes, as well as following up on sales enquiries throughout the week
