• delivery tracking
• using the team Outlook e-mail system to acknowledge and action support requests from Project Managers
• maintain office filing/storage systems whether paper or electrically and ensuring sufficient stationery supplies

• support engineers ensuring they have all relevant PPE, clothing or cleaning materials
• handling incoming telephone calls and forwarding to recipients, recording accurate information to pass to recipient
• arranging hospitality for meetings and preparing meeting rooms with refreshments and catering arrangements
• support the Operations Teams by arranging accommodation, organise travel and raise purchase orders for necessary supplies and equipment in a timely manner
