Responsibility

  • producing instructions for new and repeat orders, checking all details are correct
  • liaising with all departments, pulling together specifications, artwork etc to progress the order
  • administer any customer amendments
  • build strong relationships with customers through regular telephone conversations and site visits
  • contacting customers to request payment of invoices if requested by the Finance Team
  • as Customer Service Account Executive, you will be responsible for the running and upkeep of customer accounts, offering exceptional customer service. Key duties will include

  • GCSE or equivalent
