Responsibility

  • to ensure the day-to-day operation of the organisation’s office facilities
  • to work with the manager and Finance Manager to plan ahead to cover holidays, training and planned absence
  • to manage ABCSW’s quality documentation system, spot checks, feedback, incident reports etc
  • to record any sickness or absence of carers
  • to manage, record and book staff training
  • to adhere to all ABCSW policies and procedures at all times
  • organise, monitor and order staff uniforms, ID badges, Parking permits
  • manage and order stock of all office supplies, photocopiers etc

Requirements

  • excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload
  • ability to work alone
  • communication skills are vital in this role as you will often be working alone
  • organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail
  • experience of Care industry would be advantageous
  • some knowledge of local areas
  • good administrative skills and computer literacy
