  • ABM Alliance has exploded since its inception in March 2020
  • we are growing at a rate of 200% YOY, with exceptional client growth and retention figures
  • as the HR lead for ABM Alliance, you will ensure the HR is always customer focused, delivering a good service to the organisation. You will also attend management meetings where strategic and higher-level operational input are required
  • we are running 30+ events per month all over the globe, both in-person and virtually
  • we are running 30+ events per month and are hosting events on every continent, both in-person and virtually
  • in Bristol HQ, we have grown to a team of 40+ and the expansion is continuing at an exponential rate
  • the role of HR Manager will have input into ABM Alliance overall business strategy and plan to develop a HR strategy and operational plan to meet these requirements
  • the HR Manager will have the responsibility of forming the HR function from scratch, and thereafter, will consistently deliver a pro-active and professional HR service to the business through developing effective partnerships with the senior management team, ensuring that HR becomes an integral part of ABM Alliance

Requirements
