Responsibility

  • we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Accounts and Business Development Manager to join our team
  • manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities
  • identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
  • develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase products/services and address client needs
  • collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Requirements

  • proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
  • strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • ability to analyze sales data and generate insights for decision-making
  • proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • masters in business, marketing, or a related field
  • experience in market analysis and utilizing statistical models is a plus
