  • working Days Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
  • previous property maintenance experience with rounded knowledge is essential, and a broad skill set in all maintenance fields
  • knows when skilled Gas / Plumbing/heating and electrical engineers are required to complete the job, and can communicate this effectively
  • tech-savvy for effective communication with the team
  • able to communicate with clients in professional manner
  • PAT testing qualification beneficial but not essential as the successful candidate will be put through the course
