Responsibility

  • general admin
  • advertising rooms across multiple platforms
  • arranging and booking in viewings using our booking system
  • following up with tenants to a decision, offering support and answering queries where needed
  • organising referencing and following our onboarding process
  • supporting tenants with queries
  • organising check ins and check outs
  • providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

  • ability to use, or learn to use, platforms such as Acuity, Spareroom, google Calendar, OpenRent
  • experience working with CRM systems or similar
  • strong communication skills
  • experience working in customer service or with clients
  • experience working within the property industry would be a bonus but not necessary
  • ability to see tasks through to completion
  • property Management: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
