●Maintain production logs to ensure that all purchase orders are on track and flagging any delays as required
●Assist the Accounts team with producing product costings
●Manage the maintenance of product/SKU documents
our new Admin Assistant will be responsible for all administrative tasks within the merchandising department, as well as assisting other departments with purchasing related tasks, to ensure efficiency and smooth running of processes that in turn creates a positive experience for our loyal customers
●Ensure that purchase order quantities and costs are accurate
●Monitor and track in-bound freight shipments
