Responsibility

  • ensure the accurate and timely processing of all activities associated with residential fee receivables
  • staveley House Bursar
  • match invoices to purchase orders and request updates as needed to ensure supplier invoices dealt with promptly
  • business Development manager including management of maintenance – Fire/Legionella
  • monthly reconciliation of bank/petty cash accounts
  • explore Development Plan with registered manager and trustees
  • monthly reconciliation and recording of credit card statements
  • liaise with stakeholders ie Local Authority/NHS and explore beneficial partnerships

Requirements

  • A.A.T Technician
  • or
  • 5 GCSE passes
  • CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA
  • plus
  • at least 5 years relevant experience in Accounting
  • 5 GCSE passes – Level 5+
  • accounting: 5 years
